3D advertising letters
3D letters are one of the most popular kinds of the outdoor advertising. They just look great on a sign as well as on the wall. 3D letters can have or do not have lighting. Properly designed and executed 3D letters make advertising more expressive and attractive.
There are four main types of 3D letters for advertising. Let us describe these types in decreasing order from the most expensive in production to the cheapest:
1. 3D letters from stainless steel.
It is one of the showiest forms of outdoor advertising – just luxury and style, quality and durability. Metallic luster also can have a gold color. For lighting of 3D letters we usually use backlight.
Material: stainless steel sheets without cover (can be glossy, matte or polished). If you would like to have letters with gold color we use stainless steel sheets coated with titanium nitride. Material thickness: 0.2-2 mm.
The letter parts connection method: soldering.
2. 3D letters from Plexiglas and metal ALS section.
This kind of 3D letters allows illuminate the front of the letters from inside.
Side panel material: a special metal section. A metal section can be uncoated, color coated (among them with gold color) or covered with color adhesive film for outdoor advertising.
Material thickness: 1-6 mm.
The letter parts connection method: gluing.
3. 3D letters from Plexiglas and PVC plastic.
This technology is frequently used for outdoor advertising as it has a relatively low price and allows create a spectacular illuminated advertising.
Front panel material: Plexiglas sheet (white or colored). It can be uncovered or covered with color adhesive film for outdoor advertising.
Side panel material: white plastic PVC sheet uncovered or covered with color adhesive film for outdoor advertising.
Material thickness: 2-6 mm.

4. Plastic 3D letters.
This kind of outdoor advertising is inexpensive but still looks fashionable. Such letters can be created without illumination as well as with an external illumination or a backlight.
Material: white plastic PVC sheet uncovered or covered with color adhesive film for outdoor advertising.
Material thickness: 2-6 mm.
The letter parts connection method: gluing.
For the illumination of 3D letters from inside we can use LED clusters, LED tape or neon lights.
